This adorable experience is excellent from start to end, and you won’t miss any moment, starting from watching the inflation of the balloon before stepping into the basket until you land.
You will see many different Luxor attractions from a height of about 700 m, including the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and noble tombs. You will fly near the Memnon Colossi and Habu temples before taking a safe landing in the fields.
Tour itinerary
After you leave your hotel early enough, you will take a boat from the east bank to the Jetty and the west bank of the Nile during the Luxor day tours while the hot air balloon is also rising. You can drink coffee or tea in the motorboat; have a cup of tea while still onboard as you can have your breakfast. Try to watch the inflation of the Hot Air Balloon before you step into the basket of the balloon, and the ground crew, together with the pilot, will guide you. Later, you will be taken to the departure area.
The basket holds about 12 to 18 passengers and an experienced pilot will show you the marvelous view of Luxor while flying. Once you are safely back on the ground and after a briefing from the crew, you will receive your flight certificate and will be offered a transfer to your hotel or cruise boat. Also, we have organized Luxor tours from Hurghada, in which you can also be a participant.
