Day trip to Cairo attractions from Sharm El Sheikh

02.00 am Hotel Pick up: Golavita Travel Egypt representative will meet you at the reception of your hotel, and help you to pick your the breakfast boxes you had ordered one day before. Next, you will drive to the check point to show the traveling permission and start your Cairo attractions.

06.00 am Coffee Break: short break in a nice lounge to have your breakfast, use the toilet (10 L.E per person), and have your morning coffee if you like.

09.30 am The Grand Egyptian Museum: Upon arrival to Cairo, you will start with the top tourist attraction now, the Grand Egyptian Museum. Here, you will explore the treasures of the boy king Tutankhamun from his tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor. The Museum is home to many more treasures like the silver king treasures from 26th dynasty Psusennes I, Hetepheres, Cheops’s mother treasures.

11.30 am Lunch: Time to enjoy your lunch at a typical Egyptian restaurant to enjoy the taste of the Egyptian cousin.

12.30 Giza Pyramids: After having your tickets from your guide and scan it to enter Giza Plateau, you will start your memorable time. Giza Pyramids date back to the fourth dynasty, Old Kingdom and Giza Plateau is home for the very famous three Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure. Start your Pyramids tour with the Great Pyramid of Cheops and listen from your guide the secrets of building the Pyramid. Once, you walk around the Pyramid, you will reach the Khafre Pyramid to see its causing, entrance and Mortuary temple. To reach the great Sphinx, you will walk through the Valley temple, Causeway and then you will be close to the Sphinx.

15.00 pm Back to Sharm El Sheikh: Before heading back to Sharm El Sheikh and if you like you can enjoy a short Egypt Nile Cruises for 30 minutes- against charge- to see Cairo from the water. Once, you are ready to leave Cairo, you will start your way back to Sharm El Sheikh with a short break on the way for the toilet or stretching your legs for a while.
